We are an extremely high volume dispensary looking for an upbeat receptionist that can keep up with the pace. Nature’s Medicines reception is responsible for interfacing and consulting with qualified patients and caregivers. Overseeing all activities related to the operation of the Dispensary to include patient identification and registration. Multi-tasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the Dispensary.
  • Follow policy and procedure per Arizona Department Of Health Services.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Offers coffee or other refreshments to Patients or visitors.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

Inventory Clerk(Arizona)

Job Description

An inventory clerk maintains and updates our product records to ensure that we always have product on our sales floor.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; track orders and paperwork.
  • Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
  • Receives, unpacks and label products; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
  • Processes invoices for payment.
  • Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
  • May lead, guide and train employees performing related work.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
  • Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
  • Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
  • Database and time management skills.

Entry Level Cannabis Laboratory Technician (Arizona)

Job Description

This is an entry level hourly laboratory position. It requires four, ten-hour shifts per week.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supports laboratory staff by maintaining glassware, logs, and record books; troubleshooting and resolving problems, and helping with projects.
  • Maintains glassware by cleaning, washing, sterilizing, and distributing.
  • Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance.
  • Documents information by maintaining daily logs and equipment record books.
  • Coordinate and completes packaging projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Updates job knowledge by assisting with laboratory projects, participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications.

Job Description

Manager is to ensure that the store is operational and that all functions, including product receipt, inventory or storage, and sales are completed in a timely and accurate manner. You must possess the necessary traits to assertively de-escalate confrontations with customers causing a disturbance within our dispensary. Managers are tasked with handling customer and employee concerns and communicating with dispensary owners and fellow managers/leads. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for your position. Your role also requires working odd shifts. In addition, you must have a significant backlog of cannabusiness experience and a passion for the plant and its many healing factors. You must manage with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes culture, values and the mission of Nature’s Medicines.
